As an artist, educator, and scholar I believe that experiences and exposure to new concepts and practices are the keys to my successes. I desire to encapsulate specific moments through my own artwork, keeping them alive while bringing a new awareness to their importance.
I am an advocate for equal representation and authentic voice in the field of art and art education.
I believe in empowering students to develop and grow their creative voices, and to appreciate and learn from life’s little moments.
